We collect, use , hold and disclose your personal information in accordance with our obligations under law and to provide you with our products and services and to best manage our relationship with you.

Equipment and Safety

With good faith we will lend you our equipment and maintain our equipment in reasonable working order in accordance with our usual maintenance program and applicable safety standards. If our equipment and/or cylinders get stolen and/or damage from your premises there will be a $270 payable fee per cylinder and/or equipment.

Refunds

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law AAA Comet Gas is not required to provide a refund. By finalising your order you are agreeing to these terms.

Same day* Delivery

Whilst we try our hardest to provide same day delivery if you ever run totally out of gas, in some circumstances this is not always possible. If we don’t complete your delivery same day after you’ve requested, your delivery will be scheduled in for the next business day. Same day delivery does not apply for weekends.

Compliance

If you’re ordering for the first time with AAA Comet Gas with a new built house or new install you must supply us a copy of your gas compliance certificate either prior or on your first delivery.

Rental

In some cases we may charge out a yearly equipment hire fees on our cylinders.

Deposit

In some cases you may be charged a $50 deposit on a 45kg cylinder held at your premisses this is fully refundable back to you. You must call out office for us to collect our own cylinders from your premisses. Once our drivers have returned the cylinders, we will start the process of your refund which can take up to 20 business days.  A refund if not payable back to you if another company collects our cylinders.
