Q: How do i know if my Gas Cylinder is leaking?

Spray soapy water to the connection on the Gas Cylinder. If it is leaking it will bubble.If leaking turn off the Gas Cylinder and contact us immediately.

Q: How long will the bottle last?

Cook top = 18mthsCook top & oven = 12 mthsHot Water can vary. Please take into consideration, Season, Number of house occupants, Hot Water System & Size of home. On average during Winter 4 – 6 weeks, during warmer months 8-12 weeks

Q: How do I tell if I am running out of gas?

A stronger smell of gas may be present.Pouring hot water on side of cylinder will leave a condensation line, indicating level of gas remaining.

Q: I Am out of gas !! How fast can you deliver?

We endeavour to deliver same day if urgent at no extra charge.
