You warrant that you are the legal owner of the property located at your Address or account relating to the Address delivered to and have the authority to designate us to use the information provided to deliver and invoice the Gas Cylinders.
You will create a unique username and password to enable you to access the AAA comet Gas ordering system. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password. You agree that you will be solely responsible for any activities or actions taken under your username and password, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your username and password, you agree to notify us immediately at aaacometgas.com.au
You agree to maintain the Equipment with due care. At the conclusion of the service, we will nominate whether the Equipment is to be returned to us or maybe retained by you. Risk in the Equipment will pass to you if you may change supplier.
You will only use the Equipment for the purposes of domestic and commercial use in a safe manner and in accordance with specifications. You will maintain the Equipment in good working condition (fair wear and tear excepted).
You authorise us (and our employees, agents and contractors) to install the Equipment at your Address. You must ensure that if required, we and our employees, agents and contractors have sufficient access to the property at the Address.
You warrant that you have obtained all consents and approvals required for either us or for you to install the Equipment at the Address, including from the owner.
